Healthy planet Earth

“Green IT” is growing in importance as a way of creating IT hardware, software, systems, and applications with less environmental impact. Our group is working hard to lessen the environmental impact of the business world by improving software development efficiency through testing and quality improvement services and tools.

Lessening the Environmental Impact of Software Development

Demand for productivity improvements in software development that reduces environmental load is increasing. Inefficient testing leads to increased do overs that waste time and resources while waste in processes increases power consumption, which in turn leads to increased greenhouse gas emissions. The VALTES Group therefore works to reduce environmental impact by providing total support for software testing and quality improvement, which raises efficiency in the testing process.

Reducing Greenhouse Gases with T-DASH

T-DASH is a tool our group offers to allow anyone to easily automate their testing, while QualityTracker is a management tool that makes testing progress visual. Together, these tools make software testing much more efficient, thereby reducing power consumption due to waste, and lowering CO2 emissions.

Reducing Greenhouse Gases & Packaging with AnyTest

“AnyTest” is a service provided by our group enabling remote testing of actual web and application devices. This service renders unnecessary the sending of actual devices for testing, reducing packaging materials and CO2 emissions associated with transportation.

Supporting companies wanting to reduce environmental load

In lieu of the recent industrial shift toward achieving a decarbonized society, we at the VALTES Group fully support the efforts of all the energy, logistics and manufacturing companies now actively looking to develop and improve their software systems for greater energy efficiency including renewable energy power generation systems.
